The development teams at New Pictures and Clapperboard Studios would love for us to run some writers rooms and have some of our members pitch TV drama/comedy-drama ideas to them!

We’ll be running a bunch of writers rooms where everyone will be invited to bring ideas and help each other mould them into amazing one-page pitches.

Deadline to send one-page treatments will be end of October. After that, some of those treatments will be sent off to each company with all relevant contact info etc. attached.

Obviously we can’t send every treatment submitted as there’s only so much time they have- but we hope to send them a new batch of treatments every 2 months or so. So if your treatment isn’t selected this time around, don’t worry! It’ll hopefully make it to them eventually!

You must have a writing sample to be able to present alongside your one-page treatment. That sample does *not* have to be from the show that you’re pitching- it can be completely unrelated. Just show them you’re a writer worth talking to!
