AFC Filmmakers’ evening of short films

The Arab Film Club is hosting an evening of short films at The Garden Cinema, on the 13th August, followed by a mixer in the bar area.

The evening features eight films, all made by Film Club members, and most of whom are also members of the British-Arab Writers Group.

The line-up includes:

Going Home directed by Adam Hasyim by Ahmed Masoud (3”) 

Said the Dove to the Olive Tree by Amira Al Shanti (13”)

Panic! by Laith Elzubaidi (9’’)

Here, The Planes (Or How I Experience War) by Julie-Yara Atz (4”)

Can Be by Mohammedally Shushtari (13”)

Stones in Hand by Mo’min Swaitat (7”)

Medea directed by Riffy Ahmed (13”)

Beneath a Mother’s Feet by Elias Suhail (15”)
